Agile is a term used to describe ways to deal with software development emphasizing incremental conveyance, group coordinated effort, nonstop arranging and ceaseless learning. Basically, it is a time-boxed, iterative way to deal with software conveyance that fabricates programming incrementally from the beginning of the venture, rather than attempting to deliver it all at once near the end. The most famous agile methodologies incorporate Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Crystal, Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), Lean Development and Feature- Driven Development (FDD). It is essentially a way of thinking about software development but on the other hand, it's tied in with taking care of issues and delivering value.
